Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged or faulty goods returns must be acknowledged within 1-2 working days of receiving your order by contacting us at Trading on Broadway by phone or email.
Our office will reply within 1-2 working days regarding the options to return the order. We will provide you with the appropriate paperwork in order to return the goods. No returns will be accepted without completion of this paperwork. You are welcome to return the product in store, but you will still need to contact us to obtain the appropriate approvals.
Upon Trading on Broadway receiving the items back for inspection, we will contact you regarding a refund or replacement.
Receipt of Delivery
Please provide us with a delivery address where deliveries can be made during normal business hours from Monday and Friday.
In the case of items being delivered by a carrier/freight company the goods will need to be signed for. For this reason it is imperative an address be given where someone is able to accept the delivery.
Before signing as having received the products in good order please unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery cart note before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.
You must notify Trading on Broadway of any faulty or damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by phone on (08) 83768166 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please refer to the section 'Returns Policy' above for instructions regarding the return of goods.
In regards to all in-stock items, Trading on Broadway will endeavour to ship all products within 5 business days, however where bespoke or out of stock items are concerned, we will email customers of an estimated shipping date. If you have paid for an item/s that have subsequently sold out or are not available and you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund.
The freight component is added to an order and for most products the cost is either $5 for products under 500g or $10 for products up to 3kg and will be shown at checkout. However, there are some products which due to their size and or weight, will be extra and will be calculated based on the delivery address. If the product does not include freight it will be clearly written inside of the description box and will be quoted after your purchase. Shipping on this item will be quoted after purchase on the next available business day. Should you not accept the quote we will of course refund your purchase in full.
